The volume of work is made by 119 pages, including 15 tables, 37 risunkiv, 87 sources, 15 additions.

Theoretical principles of management of region financial resources are considered in the first section of diploma work, in particular, instituciyni principles of reformation of regional fiscal policy in Ukraine and classification of financial sources of filling and use of local budgets.

In the second section of work the conducted analysis of profits and charges of local budgets of Ukraine, the role of interbudgetary transfertiv is considered in zbalansuvanni of regional budgets, and also the features of forming and use of profits of budget of Mostiskogo of district are analysed.

The ways of improvement of budgetary mechanism of forming and use of financial resources of region are offered in the third section of work, in particular, grounded modern principles and going near budgetary stimulation of development of regions and the ways of improvement of interbudgetary relations are offered in the conditions of reformation of administrative-territorial device of Ukraine.

On the basis of the got results of research the done conclusions and suggestions.
