About the author

Alexandre G. Rokakh was graduated the physical faculty of Saratov state university 1957. Continued his work at alma mater in the field of technology and experimental physics of semiconductors and development of the theory for explanation of results obtained. Both dissertations are devoted to investigations of influence of light and ionizing radiation on the properties of semiconductors.

Last 20 years except of physics engages in philosophy and psychology of the creativity in science and technology. Published some articles on the interaction of science and religion. Possesses over 350 publications including 40 inventions. A member of two councils for conferment of doctor degrees in the field of physics and one - of philosophy of science. A member of the board of the Physical Society of Russia. Real member of Academia Internationalis Scientarum Acmeologicarum (St. Petersburg). A member of the board in the international scientific journal Physics Express.
