Match the terms and their definitions.
1. | bill | a. permission to see (information etc). |
2. | traveller’s cheque | b. to believe; to place faith in someone or something. |
3. | chequebook | c. a sum taken from a bank, etc account. |
4. | credit card | d. a financial organization which keeps money in accounts for its clients, lends money, exchanges currency, etc. |
5. | banknote | e. a regular, especially daily or weekly rather than monthly, payment from an employer to an employee, especially an unskilled or semi-skilled one. |
6. | access | f. a book of cheques ready for use, printed with the account-holder's name and that of the bank issuing it. |
7. | credit | g. a fixed regular payment, usually made monthly, for especially non-manual work. |
8. | debit | h. the act of spending money, or the amount of money spent. |
9. | bank | i. a cheque for a specified amount that the bearer signs and can then exchange for currency, goods or services in another country when in that country. |
10. | wage | j. a card issued by a bank, finance company, etc authorizing the holder to purchase goods or services on credit. |
11. | salary | k. a request for payment of money owed, or the piece of paper on which it is written |
12. | expense | l. a special piece of paper, issued by a bank, which serves as money, being payable to the bearer on demand. |
