An assistant is working at a desk in a travel agent's. Mr.Bralne walks in.
Mr. Braine: Good morning.
Assistant: Mr.Braine, your tickets... I'm very sorry, but I'm afraid they're not ready.
Mr. Braine: What! But my holiday starts tomorrow.
Assistant: Yes, I really must apologise. We have been terribly busy.
Mr. Braine: This is just not good enough! I'm leaving tomorrow.
Assistant: Yes, I know. They'll be ready this afternoon. I do apologise.
Mr.Braine leaves.
