A man is sitting in a hotel lounge, writing. A woman ap­proaches and indicates a chair near him.

Woman: May I?

Man: Oh, yes, of course.

She sits down. Woman: Do you rnind if I look at your paper? Man: Go ahead.

He hands her the newspaper. Woman: Thank you so much.

She looks at the newspaper. Woman: Is it all right if I close the window?

The man gestures approval. The woman tries to close the

window. The man gets up to help.

Man: Allow me. Woman: Oh, thank you.

He closes the window and returns to his seat., Woman: That's very kind.

She sits beside him. Woman: Do you mind if I watch TV? Man: Please do.

She gets up to switch on the television. The man gets up and leaves.
