Card 2. Вы должны выяснить, кто согласно условиям перевозки именуется «Перевозчик», а кто «Торговец»; в каком случае возможно удержание груза; что такое условие первостепенной важности, и в каких еще юридических документах оно используется.

Card 3. Вы должны выяснить, при каких условиях Перевозчик несет ответственность за ущерб, нанесенный грузу; в каком порядке осуществляется урегулирование споров по коносаментам.

Card 4. Вы хотите знать, по какому маршруту может быть осуществлена транспортировка, и в каких случаях можно прибегнуть к услугам лоцмана.

Card 5. Вы хотели бы знать, что такое лихтеры и как Перевозчик связан с их использованием; как регулируется погрузка и разгрузка; что должен предпринять Перевозчик, если никто не востребовал товар по его прибытии.

Card 6. Вас интересует порядок возврата фрахта и права Перевозчика в случае, если у него возникнут расходы по контракту; вы хотите знать, кто оплачивает дезинфекцию и сортировку неупакованного товара, а также налоги с груза.
