1. On receipt of 10-day preliminary Notice the Sellers will advice (о районе погрузки) and on receipt of 7-day preliminary Notice the Sellers will nominate (порт погрузки) in the (районе погрузки) within 48 hours.

2. The Buyers and/ or (капитан) and/ or Owners’ Agent will (передавать по) radio or phone or by telex or by telegraph 10-, 7-day Notices of preliminary (расчетное время прибытия) and 3-day definite Notice basis New Orleans, Baltimore and/ or other port as the case may be.

3. In case late nomination of the loading port results in vessel’s delay or (девиации) all expenses connected with such delay or (девиацией) to be for the Sellers’ account.

4. The first opening and the last closing of the (отверстия в крышке люка) shall be done by the vessel’s (экипаж).

5. The equipment is to be packed in accordance with (габаритами подвижного состава) of the Russian railways.

6. The Cement shall be shipped by vessels capable of carrying 15 to 40 thousand tons of Cement each, with a (осадке судна) full laden at the port of Novorossijsk not exceeding 11.2 metres and an (габаритную длину) of not more than 200 metres, and chartered by the Buyer at his risk and expense.

7. The date of the (коносамента) shall be sufficient evidence of the date of delivery.

8. Should a vessel not (оборудовано должным образом), as above, the Seller shall have the right to reject the vessel, with the Buyer being fully liable for any consequences.

9. Should the loading (начнется) earlier than provided above, the (сталийное время) shall be reckoned from the moment of such commencement.

10. Apart from the above the Sellers are (отправить авиапочтой) to the Buyers’ address a copy of the invoice, specification and certificate of quality, (дубликат) of rail waybill.

11. Upon receipt of the (документа о снятии карантина) the Master shall deliver through his agent a written Notice of Readiness to the Seller’s agent during office hours.

12. The equipment is to be shipped in export sea packing (пригодной для того типа оборудования, которое должно быть поставлено).
