Dialogue 1.

A:	Good morning. My name is Taras Petrenko. I am the 1st year student. I am interested in management.
B:	What, in particular, are you interested in?
	I have got the task to find information about Management Information Systems? Could you suggest anything?
A:	Some time ago I read that Management Information System is a formal system of gathering, integrating, comparing, analysing and dispersing information internal and external to the enterprise in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
B:	Yes, you are right. The systems model of management shows that communication is needed for carrying out the managerial functions and for linking the organi­sation with its external environment. The management information system provides the communication link that makes managing possible.
