I. Read and translate the following words without a dictionary:

Ingredients, form process, mixer, dioxide, alcohol, function, period, special, final, method, result; to mix – mixer – mixing; to ferment – fermentation – the fermented dough; to mould – moulding – moulding – moulder – the moulded dough pieces; to divide – dividing – divider; to bake – baker – baked bread; to round – rounding – rounder – the rounded dough pieces.

II. Translate the sentences. Compare them:

1. The dough is mixed in the mixer.- The dough mixed in the mixer is subjected to fermentation. 2. The dough is divided into pieces.-The dough divided into pieces is taken to the rounder. 3. This machine is called a divider.-The machine called a divider cuts dough into pieces. 4. This machine is called a rounder.-The machine called a rounder makes dough balls. 5.
