Additional conditions

12.1. All the previous directions in this Contract, correspondence and negotiations are considered to be invalid.

12.2. Any changes or additions to this Contract are considered to be valid only in case if they are done in writing and signed by empowered representatives of both Parties.

12.3. Neither of the Parties is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations to any third Party without having a written consent of the other Party.

12.4. All the dues, taxes and customs expenses arising from fulfillment of the Contract and levied on the territory of the Supplier's country, are paid for by the Supplier. All the dues, taxes and customs expenses levied on the territory of the Buyer's country and also on the territory, alien to the Parties, are to be paid by the Buyer.

12.5. The Buyer is obliged to get the import license. The license must be received by the Buyer during 30 days from the day the Contract is being signed. The Buyer must immediately inform the Supplier about getting the import license.

12.6. The present Contract is valid from the day it is being signed arid it is effective till “_____” ________199 __.

12.7. The present Contract has been drawn up in English in two copies, one for each Party, being equally valid.
