My Working Day. After breakfast I put on my coat, take the bag and go to the University

Every day I get up at 6 o'clock. I make my bed, do my morning exercises, wash myself, clean my teeth with a toothbrush, get dressed and at half past six I am ready to have my breakfast. My mother gets up an hour before me and prepares breakfast for the family.

After breakfast I put on my coat, take the bag and go to the University. I usually go there by bus, but sometimes I take a tram. I don't want to be late for the first lesson, so I come to the University a few minutes before the bell.

At half past eight our lessons begin. Usually I have a short lunch at the University canteen at a quarter to twelve. When my classes end early, I go home and have dinner with my grandmother at half past 3 p.m. But sometimes I have to stay (мне приходится оставаться) at the University for a long time; then I go to the canteen and have dinner there. I try to have four meals a day.

When I come back home, I have a short rest, read newspapers, make some telephone calls, go to the bakery. Then I do my homework. We study many different subjects and it takes me three or more hours to do the homework. Sometimes I go to the library to get ready for my practical classes or to write a report. I seldom have free time on my week-days.

Usually I finish my homework at 8 p.m. This is supper time in our family. We ail get together in the kitchen. After supper I watch TV, read books or go for a walk with my friends. I go to bed at 11 о’clock.
