Ми утворюємо Passive Voice за допомогою допоміжного дієслова to be та смислового дієслова у третій формі (Past Participle).
Форми пасивного стану:

The pressure is measured twice a day.

The pressure is being measured now.

| the Past Simple: was/were + pp
The pressure was measured in the morning.
