Is rational-legal leadership leans against representation about a rationality, legality of an order of election of the leader, transfer to it of certain imperious powers. Its power is based on the arch of the rules of law recognised as all society. The competence of each carrier of the power is accurately outlined by the constitution and regulatory legal acts.
