Перфектно-тривалі часи/Perfect Continuous Tenses
Часи групи Perfect Continuousвиражають дію, яка почалася до моменту мовлення (Present Perfect Continouns Tense) або до моменту мовлення у минулому чи майбутньому (Past Perfect Continuous TenseтаFuture Perfect Continuous Tense) і триває аж до цього моменту.
Як і часи групи Continuous, часи групи Perfect Continuous виражають дію в її розвитку, як процес.
Як і часи групи Perfect, часи групи Perfect Continuous вживаються для вираження дії, що передує моменту мовлення в теперішньому, минулому або майбутньому часі.
