How to be healthy



All people, independently 0_________ their age want to be healthy. It seems like our health is truly the A1_________ important aspect in our life, as when a person is healthy, he always has a desire and strength to do everything he or she is fond of. Sure, there are a few useful tips that should be followed by everyone in order to have good health and strong spirit.

Food is one of the most important things. A person should eat healthy, have standard portions and try to eat A2_________ food and do it on time every day; in general, there must be at least five or six meals a day. It is advised not to mix protein and fat, try to eat carbohydrates mostly at breakfast. There is a huge mistake some people make: they drink lots of coffee, juice or tea, instead of water. Those who have active life style A3_________ drink at least 2-3,5 liters of water, and speaking about those who have normal physical activity, they should drink about 1,5-2 liters.

So, what A4_________ it mean – eat healthy? Firstly, it means people should eat fruit and vegetables, meat and fish – all of them have vitamins and helpful ferments. Such dairy products as cottage cheese, milk, eggs are really useful for A5_________, though there must be mentioned that protein and calcium is helpful for all people. From my point of A6________, girls shouldn’t stick to strict diets, as it is not just harmful for body and health, but also can lead to such serious diseases as bulimia or anorexia.

Sport trainings A7________ absolute must-have in our life. Sport activities are not just help to lose weight and keep shape, but sport also helps our bones to stay strong, to have muscle tone and is a great helper for nervous system and cardiovascular system. Today, I guess, everyone can find a favorite activity. If you like, for example, active lifestyle, you can go in for such sport as basketball, cycling, dance, swimming or jogging. Or if you prefer something calm, you can choose yoga, aerobics, stretching, or some martial arts.

There must be mentioned that bad habits will never become helpmates and fellows of a healthy person. That is why smoking and alcohol consuming should be A8______ or _______ at all.

I want to be a healthy person, so I choose to lead a healthy lifestyle. I often go in for different sports. In winter I usually go skating or skiing, and in summer, my friends and me, we play volleyball or cycling. As they say, a sound mind is in a sound body.
