4. The Seller shall (обеспечить судно безопасным причалом) where it can be loaded (всегда на плаву), and shall load the vessel at the rate of 4000 m/t per weather working day of 24 consecutive hours.

5. The Seller shall advise the Buyer by fax of the number and date of (почтовой квитанции). The cost of (отбора проб) and postage shall be borne by the Seller.

6. The Seller has sold to the Buyer... metric tons (m/t) of Grey Portland Cement (на 10% больше или меньше по выбору продавца), in bulk.

7. All expenses connected with the opening, (продлением) and eventual alteration of the Letter of Credit, as well as the expenses charged by the Buyer’s Bank in connection with the opening and (использованием) of the Letter of Credit, are to be paid by the Buyer and for the Buyer’s account.

8. The vessel shall be admitted within the port, (в сопровождении лоцмана) and moored according to the customs of the port of Novorossiysk.

12. If as a result of such circumstances the quantity of Cement as per Clause 5 of this Contract has not been delivered in any month, the quantity of so short-shipped shall (если нет взаимной договоренности об обратном) be deducted from the total quantity to be delivered under this Contract.

13. The claim is to be supported by one original and one copy of (отчет об испытаниях) from Hull Laboratories.

14. The quality of the Cement sold under the present contract shall (соответствовать требованиям) of the EU standards.

15. Payment for the Cement sold under the present Contract shall be effected in US Dollars (с безотзывного аккредитива) to be opened by the Buyer (на имя продавца).
